We do our best to display products accurately, but colors, sizing, and details may vary slightly. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of errors, suspected fraud, or product availability issues.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our posted return policy. Please review it before making a purchase.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Shipping

Delivery dates: We primarily ship through USPS but also use FedEx and UPS. Standard shipping usually takes 4-7 working days, but times may vary depending on service and destination. We typically ship next day from the order date, but reserve the right to ship up to 7 days following the order date. Shipping information is provided to you on the date our shipping label is created, and will be sent to the contact information used by the customer at check out.

Delivery costs: The costs will be as displayed to you on our website prior to checkout. 

Delivery: Orders with multiple products may arrive in more than one package. You will not be charged more if this occurs.

When you become responsible for the product: The product will be your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave us.

When you own products: You own a product once we have received payment in full.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control: If our supply of products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

Refund Policy

Returns:  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your products for a full refund, provided we get them back within 14 days and in perfect original sale-able condition in the original packaging and with all tags attached:

You are responsible for any return shipping charges with the exception of returns of faulty items or items that are described or priced incorrectly. For your protection, please be sure to return your products via recorded or registered post.

Refunds online will be made to you as soon as possible via the original payment method and in any event within 14 days of our receipt of returned items.

Exchanges: Due to the limited availability of our products, we cannot hold stock for exchanges. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase then you may return the item and submit a new order online. Please note that certain items may no longer be available due to the limited production runs of our products.

Customer Satisfaction: Barkk is fundamentally a passion project before a business. While we cannot guarantee a return in all circumstances, we will do our best to ensure both parties are satisfied in the event of a dispute.
